My career in the Service Industry began in Italy, on a small island in the Gulf of Naples - Ischia, where I was born and grew up. I always had a passion for fine-food, wine and the top end, luxury lifestyles industry.
Ischia - this became a popular holiday destination in the 60s with the likes of Sophia Loren, Frank Sinatra and was a favourite for the rich and famous so the level of service on this little island has been 5 Star ever since.
Starting work as a young man at my family's Spa Hotel, I went on to carve a career in the Service Industry and made my destination London. I have lived in London for over 20yrs working for some of the most renowned HNWI, VIPs, Restaurants, Hotels and Private Members Clubs in the world.
